Tata Coffee sells stake in Barista Coffee Company

December 4, 2004: Tata Coffee has entered into an agreement for the sale of its entire holdings of 5,658,898 equity shares comprising 34.31 per cent of the equity capital of Barista Coffee Company, to Sterling Infotech Group. Tata Coffee will continue to be the sole supplier of quality coffee to Barista.
