Tata Coffee’s domestic marketing operations started in the year 1993.

Between 1993 and 1996 Tata Coffee launched a slew of brands in all segments of the coffee  product matrix.

The businesses of the domestic operations are structured into three main business streams to market the company’s products and services: Retail Business, Vending and Institutional Business.

Retail Business

    a) Packaged conventional coffees such as Mr. Bean and          Tata's Coorg, a 100 per cent pure filter coffee, are sold          through retail outlets across south India through the          Tata Tea's distribution network.

    b) Coorg Filter Coffee outlets are a chain of exclusive Roast          and Ground outlets, being run on a franchisee model,          offers a choice of blends and flexibility of customising          blends to the connoisseurs of coffee.

Vending

Premix based beverages are sold through a network of over 7000 Tata Café Jiffy vending machines spread across the country through a network of franchisees.

Institutional Business

The business focuses on supplies to key institutions for their coffee requirements. Tata Coffee offers brands such as Tata Café, a 100 per cent pure instant coffee; Tata Kaapi, a chicory mixed instant coffee; Coorg Double Roast, a chicory mixed conventional coffee; French Press and Roasted Coffee beans.

The business focuses on supplying fresh and high quality coffees in customised blends and packaging with a special focus on logistics and price.

Key customers include reputed customers from airlines, hotel chains, café chains and defence establishments
